Schedule:

25 hours/week

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather reporting and business requirements. Monitor dashboard performance and recommend enhancements for improved usability. This role will focus on transforming data into actionable insights and improving efficiency through dashboards and automated workflows.

• Analyze and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends
• Build and enhance automated workflows using Power Automate
• Clean, validate, and structure datasets for reporting accuracy
• Connect and integrate data across Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in Power Automate or workflow tools

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, data cleaning, Pivot Tables)
• Working knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, DAX basics, data modeling)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
