Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an NCO Technical Lead to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.
The customer may need support as needed at other locations:
Warrenton, VA, Atlantic City, NJ, Melbourne, FL, Oklahoma, OK and Leesburg, VA.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- The role involves leading the day-to-day technical oversight, coordination, and guidance to contractor personnel, including performing operational cybersecurity and threat intelligence functions under the contract.
- Lead all activities supporting the National Cybersecurity Operations (NCO) mission including threat intelligence, analysis, and incident response(s) under the contract.
- Attend all Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the Program Manager and report the status of the contract’s NCO operational support and threat intelligence activities, deliverables, and technical issues.
- Meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements of “Senior II Scientist/Engineer/Systems Analyst” as defined in the FAA eFAST MOA 2021.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or science with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in addition to the degree.
- Good to have: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or business; PMP certification.
- Have the required years of experience listed in the labor category including and/or exceeding five (5) years of management and supervisory experience.
- Two of the five years must have been in a lead role.
- Have experience overseeing operational cybersecurity, threat intelligence teams, and/or functions.
