Position: DevOps Engineer (TS/SCI)

To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires an active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI polygraph. Applicants who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be eligible for consideration. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining Kubernetes environments (EKS, RKE).
  • Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software integration and deployment.
  • Integrate security and static code analysis tools into Dev Ops pipelines.
  • Support deployments in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with software and systems engineers to automate testing and documentation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and pipeline issues.
  • Support configuration management and release processes for deployed systems.
  • Monitor deployed applications and infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Additional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • 4+ years of relevant Dev Ops, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.
  • Experience with Git or other source control tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git Lab.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience working with Linux systems (Red Hat or Amazon Linux preferred).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Must be able to travel 3 days out of the month.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Security+ or similar IAT level 2 certification.
  • Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes application packaging.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Exposure to static analysis tools such as Fortify or Sonar Qube.
  • Experience supporting applications in production environments.
  • Knowledge of web services and SQL databases.
Pay Transparency

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position.

  • The base pay for Colorado: $ - $ - $ annually.
  • The base pay for Washington, DC: $ - $ - $ annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
