Job Description

The Sr. Analyst for SAP Finance and Project Systems oversees implementation and operational support of SAP Finance and Project Systems functionality. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3

Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP FI/PS solutions, providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Finance (FI) and Project Systems (PS) modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of finance and project systems functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
  • Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP FI/PS modules, providing guidance to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to changing business requirements.
  • Stay current with new technologies within SAP systems to align with L3

    Harris business direction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience;
    Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and operational leadership, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to present complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
  • Experience working within financial applications, with emphasis on accounting or shared services functions.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
Benefits and Compensation

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role varies by region: $99,500–$184,500 in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas; $114,000–$212,000 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont. L3
