This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Producer role located in Melbourne, FL. The Insurance Producer will focus on driving insurance sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and effectively communicating policies and benefits. The role involves collaborating with team members to develop customized insurance packages tailored to client requirements.

• Expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of general Insurance practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
