Job Description
- Play a key role in a statewide wills, trusts, and estates practice, supporting experienced attorneys on high-quality probate and litigation matters
- Manage probate and trust administration from start to finish, including deadlines, filings, and client communications
- Work closely with fiduciaries and beneficiaries, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the estate process
- Assist attorneys acting as fiduciaries with asset marshaling, real estate coordination, distributions, and beneficiary communications
- Prepare attorneys for probate and trust administration hearings and court appearances
- Support estate and trust litigation by organizing digital case files, tracking deadlines, and managing court procedures
- Draft and e-file probate, trust, and litigation pleadings and discovery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules
- Keep clients informed and supported with clear, timely updates and document sharing
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, with hands‑on exposure to probate, trust administration, and estate or trust litigation
- Strong understanding of court procedures, deadlines, and e‑filing (Florida E‑Portal experience preferred)
- Experience drafting legal pleadings and supporting litigation and hearings
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Clio or similar billing software a plus
- Paralegal certification, Florida Registered Paralegal status, or relevant degree preferred

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 USD
