Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently hiring a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Demand Planning organization. This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, Florida or San Diego, California.

Responsibilities- Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution
- Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review
- Integrate metrics requirements for the Demand Planning Team
- Communicate program schedule and engineering change deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution
- Lead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, material requirements planning, GSC advanced planning or procurement, OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, material requirements planning, GSC advanced planning or procurement, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, material requirements planning, GSC advanced planning or procurement
- Must have experience with Bills of Materials
- Must have Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and/or Advanced Planning experience
- Must have previous experience in Supply Chain
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
