  • Own program material budgets, baseline integrity, and performance reporting (material EAC, forecasting, variance analysis) for the Line of Business.
  • Drive disciplined participation in program financial processes (EAC cycles, AOP commitments, material sales forecasting as applicable).
  • Ensure EVM-compatible planning and objective performance measurement for supply chain scope (where contract requires).
  • Develop and execute program supply chain strategies (make-buy, sourcing, subcontracting, capacity, lead-time, obsolescence, and continuity of supply).
  • Ensure acquisition and subcontract plans align to Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) milestones and delivery requirements.
  • Direct supplier performance management, recovery plans, and escalation paths for cost/schedule/quality issues.
  • Build and maintain program supply chain risk/opportunity register; lead mitigation plans and track to closure.

  • Partner with Contracts and Legal to ensure compliant supplier agreements, data requirements, and change control.
