Provides entry-level professional administrative and program support to Material Program Management and Integrated Project Teams. Supports supply-chain coordination, data management, reporting, meeting activities, and problem identification while developing knowledge of material planning processes and systems. Maintains a professional company image and upholds the organization’s mission, values, and culture.

• Perform professional administrative work of an introductory nature in preparation for career advancement
• Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
• Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
• Type and word-process draft documents and electronic information
• Prepare routine reports with guidance
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
• Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

• High school diploma or GED and enrolled college student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate successfully orally and in writing
• Ability to efficiently utilize standard office software and computer equipment
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

• Understanding of the supply-chain ecosystem.
• Interest and enthusiasm for supply-chain and material program management.
• Ability to quickly assess information and maintain situational awareness.
• Strong problem-identification and solution-oriented thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with supply-chain partners and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Willingness to learn Power BI and other data-reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn and take on progressively more complex responsibilities.
• Ability to contribute effectively as a junior-level member of an IPT.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
