Location:

Melbourne, FL.

• Cleaning the floors for offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
• Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
• Measuring chemicals correctly.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assisting with hazardous waste collection as requested by supervisor.

  Experience:
  
  1-3 years
• Ability to pass a Drug Test
• Ability to pass a routine background check
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Willingness to work late night shifts
• High school diploma/GED required

• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
• Standing for up to eight hours
• Kneeling, lifting arms overhead
• Carrying a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds
• Pushing an upright vacuum
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Standing for long periods
• Reliable transportation
• Wear proper non-slip shoes
