Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18/hr (Weekly Pay)

As an Apartment Housekeeper, you will clean and restore vacant units after the Make Ready team has completed repairs and prep work. Your work ensures each unit is clean, sanitized, and fully ready for new residents to move in.

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and living areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces
• Remove trash and debris left after make‑ready work
• Wipe down cabinets, windows, doors, and fixtures
• Ensure units meet community cleanliness standards before move‑in
• Maintain cleaning supplies and follow safety guidelines

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must maintain professionalism and reliability
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
