Responsibilities- Maintain the buildings
- Keep breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
- Sweep and/or blow debris
- Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings
- Walk the property monthly
- Pressure wash the buildings
- Prepare market-ready units
- Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities
- Keep the compactor area free from debris
Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong
- Customer service
- Detail-oriented
- Organizational skills
