Night Supervisor

Job Overview

• Attend the mandatory daily staffing meeting at 3:45 p.m. and prepare staffing issues for the meeting with the Director of Operations at 3:30 p.m.
• Monitor time off and call‑out requests, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts.
• Schedule floaters for night shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Assist with personnel needs and address any issues that require your attention.
• Clock in and out of each location you visit nightly and spot‑check timesheets to monitor employee work hours.
• Maintain supplies inventory and communicate with staff to address supply needs; order supplies through Ichiban Tools when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning buildings and areas with reported issues; follow the inspection schedule and notify the office at the end of each week.
• Complete training for new cleaning technicians over a period of three nights, gradually increasing their responsibilities and overseeing their work during the initial days.
• Check‑in with your staff and other supervisors at the end of each shift to ensure all areas are covered and offer assistance if needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a routine background check.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to take direction.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision and willingness to work late night shifts.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds and standing on your feet for up to eight hours; physically capable of kneeling, lifting arms overhead, carrying a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds, and pushing an upright vacuum.
