Floor Tech

IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech in Melbourne, Florida.

Join our team as a Floor Technician! -We are seeking a reliable and detailed Floor Technician to maintain and restore floor surface to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance. The ideal candidate will have experience operating floor care equipment.

One year experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

$16.50 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

3:00pm-11:30pm

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
• Polish and deep clean various types of flooring
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Perform other cleaning duties as needed

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
