Title: VMO / Project Manager

Location: Melbourne, FL (5 days on-site)

Type: Full-time

US Citizenship or Green Card Required

We re looking for a VMO / Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects and oversee a team of project managers supporting cross-functional initiatives, many tied to software development and product delivery. This role owns project governance, execution, and communication from planning through delivery.

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers
• Own integrated project schedules and delivery timelines
• Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Provide clear reporting, metrics, and updates to leadership
• Manage change control and delivery processes

• Bachelor s degree in a related field
• PMP or equivalent preferred
• 6+ years of project management experience, including software projects
• Experience leading PMs or project teams
• Strong knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet; Wrike a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
