Overview
Title: VMO / Project Manager
Location: Melbourne, FL (5 days on-site)
Type: Full-time
US Citizenship or Green Card Required
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of project managers
- Own integrated project schedules and delivery timelines
- Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Provide clear reporting, metrics, and updates to leadership
- Manage change control and delivery processes
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
- PMP or equivalent preferred
- 6+ years of project management experience, including software projects
- Experience leading PMs or project teams
- Strong knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet; Wrike a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
