Job:
Superintendent | Est. Compensation Range: $65,000-$85,000 annually We are seeking a Superintendent with 10+ years of experience to lead projects onsite in Brevard County. The ideal candidate will possess a journeyman’s or master license and have experience in the healthcare industry, including healthcare construction, electrical expertise, remodel and renovation experience in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Certified Healthcare Constructor is a plus.
As the Superintendent, you will coordinate with general contractors and owners, as well as communicate changes to the project manager. Prior experience of completing weekend turnaround projects, delivering facility improvements while minimizing shutdowns (less than 2 hours) and ensuring maximum uptime for the facility is desired. Familiarity with temporary power (generators) during shutdowns is a priority. The ability to perform upgrades and the capability to switch gear to hospitals is a plus.
- Material Orders
:
Estimate time and order materials, maintain records and files and prepare reports as needed pertaining to the project. Supervise the material inventory of necessary supplies and materials needed to complete the project and ensure material accuracy and quality is precise. - Project Planning
:
Prepare and lay out the project workload 2 to 3 weeks in advance to deliver a superior experience to the customer. Map out each step in the process, identifying initial suggestions, questions, concerns, or clarifications to aid successful execution. - Supervisory Leadership Role
:
Supervise 5 to 20 employees with a supportive disposition and a positive, team-leading approach. Lead job site meetings and orientate new employees on the project. - Ability to Multitask
:
Plan materials, coordinate work schedules, and accompany inspectors on walk-throughs. Process paperwork such as shutdown requests and other official forms. - Leverage Eau Gallie Electric Tools
:
Use company tools to keep the team aligned, provide updates, monitor project status, and collaborate to optimize delivery processes. - Engage Leadership to Overcome Obstacles
:
Identify areas needing clarification or vendor support; act as onsite point of contact and provide regular project updates.

Manage onsite team and communicate with project manager, suppliers, general contractors, and owners; multi-task with multiple priorities. - Communication and Time Management

Pay:
