Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector is seeking a Manager 2, Program Planning on our Schedule Management team. This leadership role is located onsite in Melbourne, FL. This position must be onsite every day and have an active DoD Secret Clearance.

• Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts
• Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews
• Develop direct team knowledge and depth
• Prepare, develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives
• Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated
• Provide weekly status and reporting
• Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (I ) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
• Implement scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry, including, but not limited to:
  • DCMA 14-point
  • IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
  • NDIA EIA-748 32 Guidelines
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
  • Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
  • Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems
• Create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership
• Work effectively with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager
