Product Manager – Comparative Rater Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to identify raters needing enhancements.
- Lead all aspects of changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).
- Ensure defaults are properly set.
- Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.
- Ensure accurate cross-departmental communications are provided regarding new raters and changes.
- Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
Industry
Experience:
3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
Management
Experience:
2+ years of experience managing teams and projects. Proven positive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage performance.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product life cycles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.
Communication
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively—both written and verbally—across all levels of the organization.
