• Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts
• Provide Program Planning & Scheduling Analysts with day‑to‑day hands‑on support, guidance, troubleshooting, and satisfying Programmatic requirements
• Perform quarterly and year‑end performance reviews
• Project management including managing multiple priorities against ambitious timelines
• Support/coordinate internal and external surveillance audits
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, with particular focus on implementation of the Northrop Grumman Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Provide project planning support to proposal bids and bid reviews
• Advise program leadership on the integration of project schedules and project master reports with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Support customer Integrated Baseline Reviews (I ) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits
• Attend site business management meetings to define schedule needs and partner with Division/Sector Scheduling management on resource allocation needs
• Perform in a fast‑paced, frequently changing, and demand‑driven environment
• Function as a change agent, creating an environment of trust, compliance, continuous improvement and learning
• Problem solving and decision making requiring excellent communication skills
• Travel 10% of the time, as required

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 9 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of related experience with a Master’s degree, or 11 years of experience with an Associate’s degree, or 13 years of experience with a High School/GED—all including a background in government defense cost or schedule management
• Hands‑on experience in Program Planning / Scheduling or Cost utilizing Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• Experience in Earned Value with…
