Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager must be able to direct, coordinate, implement & manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives/goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring/training/retention, Guest service/satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness/sanitation. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence & compliance for all standards of operating a CSC location.

• Availability:
  Open availability for full time position (45 hours per week)
• Must be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team members
• Team leadership and training:
  Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver memory lasting service and food
• Operate and maintain speed and service operations
• Have an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all times
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standard
• Manage cash drawers
• Enforce and oversee all policies and standards
• Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community events
• Must have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Basic math and financial skills for cash handling and reporting
• Reliable transportation including valid driver's license and vehicle
• Comfortable leveraging Outlook calendar to keep track of schedules
