Job Overview

A Branch Manager at Sunbelt Rentals leads the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a revenue‑generating rental center business unit. The role spans sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, logistics, and financial reporting, driving performance against defined goals.

• Lead all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics for the branch.
• Set and achieve financial and performance goals, including P&L oversight.
• Coordinate operational and financial reporting functions.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Business Management degree or 3–4 years of Rental Industry experience; at least 1 year of industry experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing.
• Knowledge of construction or industrial markets is a plus.
• High level of accountability, time management, and commitment to learning all aspects of the business.

The position requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working both indoors and outdoors as needed.

• Base Pay Range: $70,000.00 – $ (starting rate may vary).
