Working alongside Product, Engineering, and Design leaders, you’ll help define how AI is integrated into both our products and our design practice. From improving design workflows to creating intelligent user experiences, you’ll play a key role in building the next generation of products while helping establish an AI‑first mindset across the team.

As a Product Design Team Lead, you’ll combine hands‑on product design with people leadership, guiding a team of designers to deliver intuitive, high‑quality experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. You’ll coach and develop your team through meaningful feedback, mentoring, and collaboration, while leading by example across key product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Design, Product, and Engineering leaders, you’ll help shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions, and champion design as a strategic function across the business. You’ll also play a key role in embedding AI into both our products and design practices, driving innovation that enhances user experiences and empowers the team to work smarter.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality design outcomes across key product initiatives, from discovery through to launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, influence product strategy, and advocate for user‑centred design.
• Champion the adoption of AI‑powered tools and workflows to improve design quality, creativity, and team efficiency.
