Tiello is partnered with a growing commercial building envelope contractor that specializes in complex exterior construction projects throughout the state of Florida. Their work spans roofing, waterproofing, plaster/stucco systems, window installation, storefront systems, and other building envelope scopes. The company is seeking a proven operations leader to oversee field execution, drive operational excellence, and lead large‑scale teams across multiple divisions.

The Field Operations Manager will serve as a senior leader responsible for overseeing all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects throughout Florida. This individual will manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel while ensuring projects are executed safely, profitably, and according to schedule.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive commercial building envelope experience, strong financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to lead large teams across multiple divisions and job sites. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive performance, accountability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

The hiring team is seeking an individual with experience managing 40–50+ employees, overseeing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, and leading large operational teams.

• Oversee all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects throughout Florida
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel across multiple divisions
• Manage staffing, workforce planning, and resource allocation across active projects
• Drive project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals are achieved
• Monitor and manage project financials including budgets, job costing, and P&Ls
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Review project schedules, production metrics, and labor performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate with executive leadership to align operational strategy with company growth initiatives
• Oversee procurement strategies, material planning, and logistics management
• Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to maintain project performance
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial construction operations experience or equivalent leadership experience
• Proven experience managing large teams consisting of Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
  
  Demonstrated success overseeing 40–50+ employees across multiple projects and divisions
• Extensive commercial building envelope experience including:
  • Roofing Systems
  • Waterproofing
  • Window Installation
  • Storefront Systems
• Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and construction details
• Experience with project financial management, including job costing and P&L oversight
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Florida as needed

• Multi‑division operations management experience
• Experience overseeing statewide commercial construction operations
• Background in commercial building envelope or specialty contracting
• Proven track record scaling teams and improving operational performance
