What You'll Do- Oversee the full program lifecycle, from proposal and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
- Lead cross‑functional teams across systems, software, hardware, electrical, and manufacturing engineering
- Drive program governance through structured reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR) and executive reporting
- Manage contract changes, scope adjustments, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards
- Serve as the primary interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Identify and resolve technical and execution challenges while balancing timelines and budgets.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within engineering or technical environments
- 8+ years of experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple disciplines
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
