• Oversee the full program lifecycle, from proposal and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
• Lead cross‑functional teams across systems, software, hardware, electrical, and manufacturing engineering
• Drive program governance through structured reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR) and executive reporting
• Manage contract changes, scope adjustments, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Identify and resolve technical and execution challenges while balancing timelines and budgets.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within engineering or technical environments
• 8+ years of experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple disciplines

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
