Game Stop - 1080 North Wickham Road - Responsibilities:
Lead store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties necessary to goal achievement.;
Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates; ensure onboarding and training prior to opening/closing shifts.;
Schedule store associates and supervise staffing levels to ensure best-in-class guest service.;
Oversee payroll processes and Workday HR entries; manage store financial tasks and bank deposits.;
Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily; maintain store cleanliness and merchandising per guidelines.
