This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a General Manager or senior operations leadership role.
What You'll DoAs the Operations Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Daytona and Melbourne locations. You'll serve as a leader, coach, and problem solver while ensuring our teams consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of multiple branch locations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians through ride‑alongs, field support, and ongoing training.
- Improve technician performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Partner with dispatch, customer service, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
- Help resolve customer concerns and operational challenges quickly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory, materials, tools, vehicles, and warehouse organization.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and branch performance initiatives.
- Step in to lead operations when the General Manager is unavailable.
We're seeking a leader who enjoys developing people just as much as improving processes.
- Residential plumbing experience strongly preferred.
- Skilled trades leadership experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory, operations, or leadership experience.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and business‑management software.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
