Project Manager, Operations Management, Program ​/ Project Manager

Support & Responsibilities

• Support the Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) team and manage E‑2D Development Cost Account Management duties.
• Apply proven cost‑account planning and execution strategies to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Develop successful, compliant, integrated, and on‑time cost proposals and execution plans.
• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management.
• Review project and budget status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain schedules through strategic planning and execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience, Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience, PhD with 8 years of experience or in lieu of degree with 16 years of experience.
• Experience must be in Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Project Management;
  Sustainment;
  Proposals;
  Resource Planning;
  Program Management;
  Procurement;
  Business Management.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using SAP, ERP or other related business software application.
• Must have active government Secret Clearance to apply.
• Candidate must obtain EV Certification (Northrop Grumman course) required within reasonable timeframe dictated by business needs.
• Control Account Management (CAM) experience/knowledge.
