The Facilities Manager leads the Planning Organization responsible for the end‑to‑end planning process of the Melbourne site. The role ensures that workspace, program requirements, and long‑range site strategies are aligned with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and regulatory standards. This role will direct the development and upkeep of seating layouts, configuration drawings, as‑built documentation, and the site master plan while providing strategic input to the organization’s long‑range planning efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Must either have a bachelor’s degree and 9 years of facility related experience or; a master’s degree and 7 years of facility related experience or a PhD and 5 years of facility related experience, additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Must have at least 3 Years of experience successfully managing and leading teams which includes ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and achieving organizational objectives
- Experience overseeing and guiding strategic planning for organizations
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
