As our Manufacturing Technician, you will have the ability to work closely with the Engineering team and our production group learning about our unique products and core capabilities. This candidate will be responsible for assisting in all our processes in operations.

• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills on various pieces of manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to manage an equipment database for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to support process, manufacturing, and design engineering functions.
• Knowledge of housing & connector assembly design, materials, components, processes, and electrical/mechanical testing and regulatory approvals; excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Internet; excellent written/verbal communication skills.

• Investigate operational problems affecting production, report and recommend solutions.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency by effectively training production staff on manufacturing/assembly processes and methods. Make sure the written process translates into efficient and reliable production and recommend changes to Engineering as required.
• Continually seek ways to simplify your operations, invest and/or rationalize costs.
• Help diagnose production equipment issues and suggest improvements.
• Including preventative maintenance.
• Learn as much about all of our processes as possible.
• Actively participate both internally and externally on NPI projects, Engineering requirements, RMA’s, CAR’s, and production.
• Manage KPI’s and communicate our performance regularly to other staff.
