Production Manager

About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Site Operations Manager, you will manage three shifts supported by experienced Team Leads.

• Oversee and manage the full aircraft production flow across multiple shifts.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams on 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts while maintaining high safety and performance standards.
• Plan and prepare for incoming aircraft to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook, and other systems to track progress and optimize workflows.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience managing production or operations, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
