Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Melbourne, FL.
Here’s what you’d do:- Repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations
- Mechanical and electronic assemblies and subassemblies of:
- Modules
- Boards
- Panels
- Drawers
- Frames
- Cables
- Follow diagrams, drawings, blueprint lines, and index points
- Design initial layouts
- Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, jigs, saws, and fixtures
- Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions
- Follow approved assembly procedures for component or aircraft structures, including:
- FAA-approved internal procedures
- Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
- Technical data
- Work package instructions
- Perform serviceability tests as needed:
- Use test equipment specified in technical manuals
- Complete work package documentation as needed by FAA and repair station manual
- Submit completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in progress inspection and certification of airworthiness
- Inspect completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off
- Ensure that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances
- Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 / hr.
- Hours:
40 hrs/Week. (2nd shift). M‑F, 3:30 PM‑12:00 AM - Length:
Contract to Direct - Holiday pay (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)

Required Skills /
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2–4 years of experience in aviation or aerospace assembly.
- 2–4 years of experience in assembly of aircraft structures.
- 2–4 years of experience using tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs.
Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
- Good decision-making and leadership skills.
- Experience with avionics and flight controls.
- Proficient in riveting, installing related hardware, using precision instruments, and utilizing hand tools to perform these tasks.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Ability to work different shifts and flexible hours if needed.
