- Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post‑coating tasks.
- Inspect own work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications.
- Maintain productivity to meet customer deadlines.
- Follow all Raytheon Technologies rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, and Quality.
- Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement initiatives as required.
- Complete audits and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Report work progress and updates to lead or supervisor.
- Complete additional tasks within the scope of the job description and to support department objectives.
- Pass a soldering assessment after the provided training course.
- High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational/technical education.
- U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency for typing and navigating software.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must stand for 8+ hours and be eligible for overtime.
- Must be able to train on first shift; the position is predominantly on the second shift (3:30PM–1:00AM) with a 9/80 schedule.
- Career Readiness Certification (CRC).
- Successfully completing training modules associated with the job grade.
- Experience with repetitive job responsibilities.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Understanding of end uses of products.
