• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post‑coating tasks.
• Inspect own work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications.
• Maintain productivity to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all Raytheon Technologies rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, and Quality.
• Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement initiatives as required.
• Complete audits and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Report work progress and updates to lead or supervisor.
• Complete additional tasks within the scope of the job description and to support department objectives.
• Pass a soldering assessment after the provided training course.

• High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational/technical education.
• U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency for typing and navigating software.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must stand for 8+ hours and be eligible for overtime.
• Must be able to train on first shift; the position is predominantly on the second shift (3:30PM–1:00AM) with a 9/80 schedule.

• Career Readiness Certification (CRC).
• Successfully completing training modules associated with the job grade.
• Experience with repetitive job responsibilities.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Understanding of end uses of products.
