Compensation: $16.50 + 10% shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
  • 3rd Shift - 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

In this role, you'll assemble, test, and support the production of circuit boards using both through-hole and surface mount technologies. What You’ll Do
  • Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed procedures and visual instructions.
  • Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and pre‑form component leads according to IPC standards and assembly requirements.
  • Identify and report defective components while maintaining accurate work‑in‑process within your work cell.
  • Support production flow through board washing, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience requiring fine manual dexterity.
  • Minimum 1 year of electro‑mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
What Sets You Apart
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and visual aids.
  • Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal) to safely and effectively perform job duties.
  • Experience interpreting engineering instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with electronic components, including identification and assembly techniques.
  • Knowledge of ISO
    9001, IPC standards, and ESD practices.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., torque drivers, wrenches, cutters).
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
Additional Information
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
