Location:

Melbourne, Florida (on site).

Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (4‑10 schedule).

• Use a variety of fabrication hand tools and precision measuring instruments to perform standard shop computations related to dimensions of work.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, work instructions, both written and verbal.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as a shear, sheet‑metal brake, rollers, grinders, and presses.
• Learn and perform other job functions with on‑the‑job training when required.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills with forming processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of sheet‑metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD clearance within a reasonable amount of time; clearance not required at start.
• Ability to follow written, electronic and verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Read and understand blueprints.

• Advanced knowledge of flat‑pattern layout and sheet‑metal fabrication.
• DoD Secret clearance.

Primary level salary range: $52,700.00 – $87,900.00.

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Certain positions may qualify for long‑term incentives.
