** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus 10% shift differential*
* ** Shift: 2nd shift 3:30pm to 12am Monday thru Friday*
* ** Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary*

** What's a typical day as Electronics Assembler? You'll be:*
* + Assembling, testing, programming, and packing circuit board assemblies using both Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies
+ Following assembly procedures, visual aid instructions, and ISO/job-specific requirements
+ Placing components such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets onto printed circuit boards
+ Performing pre-forming of component leads, washing boards, and inspecting your own work for quality and accuracy
+ Reporting defective components and participating in quality team meetings
+ Maintaining cleanliness of your work area and ensuring accuracy of work-in-process
+ Using hand tools and pneumatic equipment as required
** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
+ Possess up to 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment (preferred, but entry-level considered)
+ Are familiar with component identification, nomenclature, and basic electronic assembly skills
+ Have knowledge of ISO
9001 and IPC Standards and ESD training (preferred)
+ Can use hand tools (pliers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, wrenches, screwdrivers)
+ Demonstrate strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking abilities
+ Can read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawings
+ Have basic computer skills and good written/verbal communication
+ Are a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or temporary resident granted amnesty, as work includes ITAR-controlled technical data)
+ Are willing and able to work flexible hours as business needs require
