Electronics Assembler, 2nd Shift
We're seeking an Electronics Assembler to work at a premier manufacturing client in West Melbourne, FL. Sound good? Take a closer look below. You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus 10% shift differentialShift: 2nd shift, 3:30pm to 12am Monday thru Friday

- Assembling, testing, programming, and packing a variety of circuit board assemblies under the guidance of the Production Supervisor
- Following detailed assembly procedures and visual aid instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Inspecting your work for placement accuracy and completeness, and identifying/reporting defective components
- Pre-forming component leads, washing printed circuit boards, and performing pack out operations as required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area
- Participating in Quality team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent education (required)
- Are a US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or amnesty recipient)
- Possess basic electronic component assembly skills and knowledge of component identification/nomenclature (preferred)
- Are familiar with ISO
9001 and IPC Standards and have ESD training - Can use various hand tools and pneumatic tools (e.g., pliers, rulers, cutters, torque drivers/wrenches, screwdrivers)
- Are able to read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawings
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
- Have basic computer, problem solving, and workstation skills
- Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic manufacturing environment
- Are willing to work flexible hours as necessary
