Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus 10% shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday 10:30pm to 7:30am Monday thru Thursday 11:00pm to 7:30am willingness to work flexible hours as necessary, including weekends

What's a typical day as Machine Operator (SMT Operator)? You'll be:
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards
- Interfacing with complex machine hardware and software
- Inspecting your own work to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established workmanship standards
- Identifying and reporting defective components, maintaining data logs, and ensuring the cleanliness and accuracy of your work area
- Participating in quality teams and possibly training other employees
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent education
- Bring 1+ years of experience in SMT equipment operation (preferred)
- Hold IPC-A-610 Certification and ESD Training (preferred)
- Possess knowledge of component identification, nomenclature, and handling including ESD requirements
- Demonstrate basic computer, problem solving, and workstation skills
- Are well-organized, able to prioritize, and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Are familiar with ISO
9001 and IPC-610 requirements - Are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Are a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, those given asylum, or temporary residents granted amnesty, due to ITAR controlled technical data)
