What You'll Do- Set up and operate product‑specific test equipment and perform inspections according to defined procedures.
- Record and interpret test results in the quality system, then label and route products appropriately.
- Identify, document, and report defective components or test failures.
- Assemble and/or program circuit board assemblies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑compliant work area while following ISO and job‑specific standards.

Job Requirements What You'll Bring- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with running automation testing.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, product assembly processes, component value identification and other component nomenclature.
- Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
- Basic computer skills, problem solving and workstation skills.
- Ability to operate in a multi‑tasking, highly dynamic team work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
