Electronics Assembler, 2nd shift

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus 10% shift differential.

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30pm to 12am Monday thru Friday.

Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.

• Assembling, testing, programming, and packing a variety of circuit board assemblies under the guidance of the Production Supervisor.
• Following detailed assembly procedures and visual aid instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Inspecting work for placement accuracy and completeness, and identifying/reporting defective components.
• Pre‑forming component leads, washing printed circuit boards, and performing pack‑out operations as required.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Participating in Quality team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent education (required).
• US Person as defined in 22 CRF Part 120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or amnesty recipient).
• Basic electronic component assembly skills and knowledge of component identification/nomenclature (preferred).
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001 and IPC Standards and ESD training.
• Ability to use hand tools and pneumatic tools (e.g., pliers, rulers, cutters, torque drivers/wrenches, screwdrivers).
• Capability to read and interpret procedures, visual aids, and mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic computer, problem‑solving, and workstation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
