Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining centers, including 3-axis and 5-axis machines, to produce precision components;
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and detailed work instructions to determine machining requirements;
Select, install, and secure tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices appropriate for each job;
Perform machine setup verification and conduct first-article inspections to confirm parts meet specifications before full production;
Monitor machining operations continuously and make necessary offsets and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality
