- Check kit pick list for correct part number and quantity
- Verify Split Reel and Package to issue correct quantity to the manufacturing floor for the specific manufacturing order
- Verify that all material is free of damage
- Help maintain ISO 9001 documents that apply to area
- Assist with Set-up, operation and maintain screen printers, glue machine, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
- Splice Reels
- Responsible for cleaniliness of area and surronunding workspace
- Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business

Job Requirements What You'll Bring- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of SMT exposure
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Must be a team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees in a diverse environment
- Basic Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Shop Floor System
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
- Upon accepted offer, candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
