SMT Trainee

• Check kit pick list for correct part number and quantity
• Verify Split Reel and Package to issue correct quantity to the manufacturing floor for the specific manufacturing order
• Verify that all material is free of damage
• Help maintain ISO 9001 documents that apply to area
• Assist with Set-up, operation and maintain screen printers, glue machine, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
• Splice Reels
• Responsible for cleaniliness of area and surronunding workspace
• Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of SMT exposure

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Must be a team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees in a diverse environment
• Basic Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Shop Floor System
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
