Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Location: Melbourne, FL

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?
  • Operate and monitor chemical compounding equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Transfer, label, and maintain accurate inventory of raw and bulk materials stored in various containers.
  • Sample raw materials and finished products, delivering samples to Quality Control for testing.
  • Complete and review batch records, including raw material weighing, in-process documentation, and cleaning logs.
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and safety standards while troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitoring systems accurately.
  • Understanding of manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
