Join a dynamic production team where your precision and attention to detail help build high-quality electronic assemblies. In this role, you'll assemble, test, and support the production of circuit boards using both through-hole and surface mount technologies. What You'll Do:
  • Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed procedures and visual instructions
  • Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
  • Prepare and pre-form component leads according to IPC standards and assembly requirements
  • Identify and report defective components while maintaining accurate work-in-process within your work cell
  • Support production flow through board washing, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity
  • Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with bonding/undercoating
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and visual aids
  • Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal) to safely and effectively perform job duties
  • Experience interpreting engineering instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics
  • Familiarity with electronic components, including identification and assembly techniques
  • Knowledge of ISO
    9001, IPC standards, and ESD practices
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., torque drivers, wrenches, cutters)
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Additional Information:
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
