As a key player in our wound care program, you will ensure the highest standards of patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to execute treatment plans, educate patients and families, and lead hospital‑wide wound care education initiatives.

• Assist with wound evaluation and the development of an appropriate plan of care for wounds.
• Document patient care problems and progress.
• Order appropriate specialty equipment for patients with supervisor approval.

• Licensed clinician (RN, LPN/LVN, PT, OT) active in the state.
• Certification in Wound Care and Management preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Continuous updating of wound care knowledge through seminars and professional organizations is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in wound care.
