Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Weekend Requirement:
Every 3rd weekend
- Active Florida RN License (or compact license) – required at time of submission
- Minimum 1.5 years Home Health experience (3 years preferred)
- Prior LVN/LPN Home Health experience may count
- Private duty nursing does NOT qualify
- Recent Medicare Home Health experience – REQUIRED
- OASIS experience – REQUIRED
- EPIC charting experience – REQUIRED
- Post-operative Home Health experience (orthopedic & general surgery)
- Previous Charge Nurse experience – REQUIRED
- BLS certification – REQUIRED
