Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne
Location: Melbourne, FL
Shift: Full-Time - 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM)
Salary: Up to $32 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with precision and compassion.
- Deliver individualized nursing care to meet each resident’s unique health needs.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.
- Uphold HIPAA standards to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
