We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health services to Medicare patients in their homes. This weekend-based role offers flexible scheduling and is available as PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time, allowing you to choose an option that best fits your lifestyle and availability.

As a Weekend Field RN, you will deliver patient-centered care, perform skilled nursing visits, and collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with the plan of care and Medicare home health guidelines.

Perform weekend patient visits, including Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), routine visits, and follow-up assessments.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Monitor patient conditions, report changes to the physician and care team, and ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication use, safety, and home care plans.

Communicate regularly with clinical leadership, therapists, CNAs, and other team members.

Maintain compliance with agency policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Florida.

Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home health experience).Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to work independently in the field and manage a weekend caseload.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
