Role Overview
The Home Infusion Registered Nurse provides in-home administration of intravenous medications, focusing on patient well‑being, building relationships, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer IV infusion medications and manage patient responses.
- Follow up on patient care, document interactions, and communicate updates.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic teams to meet patient needs.
- Active RN license in the applicable state.
- At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
- Strong IV insertion skills and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel locally, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and participate in on‑call rotations.
Ability to work independently, maintain reliable internet, and adapt to shifting schedules to support patient needs. The role offers an opportunity to impact lives positively through dedicated patient care and relationship building.
