Senior Care Solutions is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health care in Melbourne, FL and surrounding areas. This role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy in your day, and meaningful patient relationships in patients’ homes.
You will perform SOC/ROC, assessments, care planning, medications administration, wound care, IV therapy, and education, while coordinating with the care team and physicians. A Florida RN license and BLS/CPR are required.
